The Eco Generation.

The new generation of Ford Kuga is beautifully designed to be remarkably efficient. Ford has said it is committed to becoming more environmentally friendly, the new Kuga is available in three hybrid options: EcoBlue Hybrid, Full Hybrid, and a plug-in Hybrid. Ford has worked to deliver a cleaner and more sophisticated approach to their SUV Hybrid range.

What’s new?

Well, the interior for a start. Ford has redesigned the interior to be more in line with the interiors of the new Focus and Fiestas. A sleeker more modern design with a mix of simplicity with the 12.3-inch digital display at the helm, equipped with the Ford SYNC 3 which is a state-of-the-art system that enables you to stay connected and control your phone, music, and navigation system with voice commands. It is also compatible with Apple Carplay and Android Auto. The introduction of a digital cockpit display appears behind the steering wheel and allows the driver to select their driving mode and driving conditions.

Into the Future?

FordPass Connect Compatibility allows you to interact with the car from your smartphone with the FordPass app to lock/unlock the car, you can even start the engine remotely on those particularly cold days. If you chose the plug-in hybrid you can check your vehicle’s charge status directly from your phone.

The Drive of your life.

The Kuga comes equipped with Traffic Sign Recognition can spot icons for speed limits and no-overtaking signs which are displayed on the instrument cluster alerting the driver to the changing restrictions. Moreover, the Kuga’s adaptive front lighting system provides excellent visibility in a variety of weather conditions.
