Glad you asked. Once you’ve had a quote online we’ll arrange for you to bring the car (or van) to us for an inspection. Here, we’ll confirm the mileage, service history and condition match the online appraisal and offer a price to buy the vehicle from you.

If you’re happy, we can buy the vehicle from you on the very same day (Monday to Friday) Fast payment is arranged with no fees to your bank account within the next working day. To do this, we’ll need you to bring all the documentation, including, but not limited to:

• Current V5C registration certificate (log book) - this should be in your name and the most recent document
• Service history - including service receipts, invoices and service book (if applicable)
• Spare key(s) or key cards
• Locking wheel nut
• Parcel shelf
• EV charging cables
• SD cards and/or navigation discs

Absolutely, but if you want to keep your existing personalised plate you’ll need to start the retention process with the DVLA here. You’ll receive a V778 retention document which then allows you to assign your personalised plate to your new car.
