Car Sales Executive

As part of our ongoing growth strategy we are now inviting sales professionals to join our dynamic sales team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving the following:-

  • Highest levels of customer service by providing a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive and efficient service projecting the quality image of the Fords of Winsford Brand.
  • Ensuring every customers’ expectations and requirements are exceeded throughout the sales experience
  • Achieving personal car sales targets.
  • Achieving all the key performance standards.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have an outstanding and proven record of sales achievement, within the motor industry
  • Be able to work with defined processes and guidelines
  • Have excellent administration skills

You will be used to working in a fast pace, competitive target driven environment, with excellent communication and customer handling skills. In addition you will require a clean full UK driving licence and be computer literate, with MS Office.

A fulltime position, working a fixed five day out of seven days’ work pattern (Weekend work essential).

In return the successful applicant will receive an industry competitive basic salary, accompanied by a sales commission structure, use of a company car, company pension scheme and healthcare plan (After a qualifying period)
