Contact Centre Operative

As part of our ongoing growth strategy we are now looking for suitable candidates to join our dynamic contact centre team located at our Winsford branch.

The successful applicants will be highly motivated, efficient, organised and have a proven track record within a contact / call centre environment, and will be responsible for:

Call Centre Operative Duties:

  • Obtains client information by answering telephone calls and verifying information.
  • Informs clients by explaining procedures
  • Answering customer questions
  • Providing information.
  • Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
  • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
  • Ensure your work area is clean, neat and tidy.
  • Maintain administration systems.

This is a fulltime position and will include weekend working.

Overtime may be available but not guaranteed.
